I’ve always believed that true growth happens in conversation — around tables, in teams, and through the everyday moments that stretch and shape us. As a reformer, I’ve carried big visions through seasons that often felt lonely. Those moments revealed something powerful: we were never meant to grow in isolation. That realization sparked Reformers Around — a space where leaders don’t have to walk alone.
